TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Mari Beach Club is unveiling a new dining destination they called as Solé Dining. Nestled in the heart of Batu Belig beachfront this restaurant offers a nice fine dining with the beautiful beachfront view.

Solé is a perfect setting to enjoy a relaxed dining experience, from lunch and dinner, to crafted local-inspired cocktails. It has an open venue to a terrace overlooking the coastline with an iconic river shaped infinity pool.

The restaurants could accommodate around 140 guests at a time. The restaurant boasts a casual ambience, combining a welcoming and laidback dining atmosphere with impeccable service.

To elevate everything Mari Beach Club brought a Swedish chef, Chef Martin Loving who was experienced in certain prestigious restaurant around the globe. On this restaurant Chef Martin highlight traditional Japanese techniques with the products and characteristics of Mediterranean cuisine.

With an immerse sense of local herbs and spices the dishes brough to the dining table in fancy way. Let's say  Salt Crusted Sea Bass in lemon zest and shoyu emulsion, Pan Seared Grouper, and Soy Glazed Lobster Tail in miso butter for instance.

Not to mention several other dishes such as Grilled Tiger Prawns, Salt Crusted Snapper, Salt Crusted Salmon, Grand Plateau de fruits De Mer, and Miso Grilled Grouper. They also have Dry aged 300g American prime rib and Dry aged American prime Tomahawk for a pack of family.
