Heat Stroke Wasn't the Main Cause of Death for the Pilgrims

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Heat stroke which was perceived as the main cause of death for the pilgrims during this hajj season appeared to show no case of death for it. For your information, on the previous hajj seasons heat stroke has become the main cause of death for most of the unlucky pilgrims back then.

The use of techno cool technology was estimated to be the main cause the less number of death for this case. The techno cool was installed during armuzna routine where people mostly will heat stroke for the do the routine right in the middle of the day just to save time.

"Praise the Lord, there was no death case of heat stroke though there was lots of people catch the symptoms," Budi Sylvana the Chief of Hjj Health Center of the Ministry of Health Indonesia said on statement on Saturday (13/8/2022).

Budi also said that they brought a bigger number of health professionals on the field to tackle something bad happened. On every od 5 groups of pilgrims, they appointed around 20 health professionals to accompany them during their time doing the armuzna routine.

"We also gathered around 30 people od each 5 groups which considered to have high risk or come with a health issue and assist them with providing those pilgrims with professionals on every of their move," Budi added.

Budi also said they keep remind everyone with some posters and megaphone about the important to keep their health and to not force themselves to do the routine under the heat and whenever they starting to feel to catch a heat stroke. "To die is a faith. But to keep the pilgrims' health is our way to show our dedication to our job," Budi ended.(*)
