The Last Group of Pilgrims will be Sent Home by August 13

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – The last group of Indonesian pilgrim has been sent to Medina on Thursday (4/8/2022). They will do the last hajj routine called as Arbain. And the Head of PPIH Saudi Arabia Arsad Hidayat said they all will be sent home by August 13, 2022.

"Praise the Lord, we have gone through the last routine for hajj in Mecca. The last group stay in Mecca will be sent to edna by August 4," the Head of PPIH Saudi Arabia said on Wednesday (3/8/2022).

Hidayat also said that their job in Mecca wuill be ended with the last group departure. "Our job in mecca has been ended. And the officials in Mecca will be sent home by August 6, 2022,"

As of for now, it means that there have been around 109 group sent to Medina. There were 42.299 pilgrim in total were sent to Medina.

"Last Moday August 1, 2022 there were around 109 groups sent to Medina. With total number of pilgrim to 42.299," the Head of Departure Section of PPIH for Mecca Amir Hamzah said on Tuesday (2/8/2022). (*)
