Experience Nice Warm of Oxtail and Ribs Soup of Java Lotus Jember

TIMESINDONESIA, JEMBER – Oxtail soup as well beef rib soup has become popular dishes in the country. The nice savory warm taste has made people fall in love to this dish. And this is what Java Lotus Hotel Jember trying to give to their guests and customers.

Chef Arif, the main chef of Resto MakanKoe of Java Lotus Hotel Jember said that they made the soup in special way. They added the local ingredients including ome ginger and cinnamon which is quite uncommon to be added in to a soup.

"The taste quite distinctive and typically so Indonesian when it's added with some cloves, anise, and cardamom. A little bit like those Arabian soup. And what make it more special we simmered the soup for 5 hours before it's delivered to your table," Arif said.

A set of oxtail and beef ribs soup of Java Lotus Hotel Jember will cost you less than IDR 100 K.  Just for the oxtail, you could have it in simmered way or served it tender after deep fried. All depends on your choice. Either which will give a great taste of soup.
