As he said, this restaurant brought typical local dishes from milkfish such as asem-asem bandeng, teriyaki bandeng, nasi goreng bandeng, stik bandeng, and more. "Why it's milkfish? Because this city is well known to be the biggest producer for milkfish in the country," he added.
Some other dishes like rawon spaghetti will also raise your curiosity to taste it. As you know rawon or beef with black soup is also another typical dishes of East Java. That's why the restaurant would like to acknowledged people and make it as a fusion food that resulting in such marvelous taste.
