Kalio Daging will Give You an Ultimate Taste of Indonesia
TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – During this hajj season, the government has prepared some list of menu to be served to all Indonesian pilgrims. The menu will be different each day and of course should meet the nutrition they need during hajj. One of the dishes served was the kalio daging.
Kalio daging was originally came from West Sumatra. The taste was just almost looks like rendang yet it still have a nice savory and creamy gravy. The gravy will be thicker and has nice caramel fragrant.
The dishes were made in the kitchen by professional cook from 13 local catering which has been appointed by the government. 8 of the catering company will take car of the breakfast and lunch. Meanwhile the rest will take care of the dinner.
Beside the Kalio Daging, the caterings will prepare some nutritious food for the pilgrims. The food were meant to support the pilgrims condition and make them stay healthy during their pilgrimage
