Clove Motifs on Batik, Check These Collections of Anne Yulian

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – A local designer Anne Yulian bring out some exotic local motifs in her batik collection. The motifs was inspired by the numerous clove found as one of the best local commodity in  the city.  The motif gives a nice silhouette on the fabric.

The clove also become the name for Anne's collection this time. "This motifs was inspired by a local Batik from Trenggalek which use clove as their main pattern. Clove has been rarely used as a pattern of Batik and that's also one of the reason why I bring up this patter," she said.

Anne added 8 new clove patterns for her collection. Some in form of formal outfit, some in semi evening gown and casual outfit. Her collections were designed to fir on every type of body shape. From two pieces, loose dress, to some for oversize will make you look so decent.

"Most of them were made in semi evening gown, but we also have some casual outfit for this collection. All was to fit the customers need. You could use it for formal, semi formal occasion," Anne added.

In her clove collection, beside the batik Anne Yulian also combine it with some other fabric like cerruti (airflow fabric), duchess, and organza. "This collection will give you an elegant and simple look," she ended. (*)
