Vasa Hotel Surabaya and Cuca Bali Brought Out Gastro Tour to the Table
TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Cuca Bali, a popular restaurant in Bali with their classical western dishes brought up some of their menu to Vasa Hotel Surabaya. On the occasion they both named the package as Gastro Tour. The package gave the guests a fancy intentional gastronomical experience.
The Gastro Tour of Vasa Hotel Surabaya wrapped in a fine dining set which was served on May 19-21, 2022. For those days, the dishes was served at 209 Dining, Xiang Fu Hai Cuisine, and Chamas Brazilian Churrascaria.
"With all these 3 different restaurants, the guests were brought to experience a distinctive ambience in each of them," Mini Tanuwidjaja, the Director Food & Beverages of Vasa Hotel Surabaya said.
The food was made by a professional head chef of Cuca Bali Chef Kevin. The guy had his experience in Western foods including Spanish and New York kind of dishes when he was working in one of 3 Michelin stars. Not to mention his experience in working in the same field in another restaurant before.
For Gastro Tour, Cuca Bali and Vasa Hotel served several western and Spanish foods such as Fish Tartare, Beff Bone & Marrow, and some delectable deserts with sweet taste. This surely gave the guests such wonderful fine dining experience with their loved ones.
Gastro Tour of Cuca Bali and Vasa Hotel Surabaya could be enjoyed for IDR 590.480 nett/pax. By that time, the guests were also able to order a nice wine pairing for all the fancy dishes to elevate the taste.
