TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Double Tree by Hilton, a local hotel in Surabaya with their ultimate service and hospitality presents you the Chinese Set Dishes at their hotel. This dishes could be found at the Makan Kitchen, a restaurant located at the hotel.

As its name, the Chinese set consists of set of Chinese dishes which will elevate your dining time with your family to the utmost. This package could be enjoyed for 4 to 10 people at a time. Not only family, this package will suit your other social occasion.

Thoug it sets in Chinese dishes, Chef Badruus, the sous chef brought the local herbs and ingredients to suit the taste with the locals. They used premium ingredients to satisfy all of the guests.

"We would like to pamper the guests with some authentic Chinese taste. With premium ingredients, no preservatives and MSG," Badrus, the sous chef for Chinese cuisine of Double Tree by Hilton Surabaya said.

Badrus also said that these dishes were also available with pork as the base meat. However, you need to make reservation before having the pork served on your table at least a day in advance.

This Chinese set will bring any kind of dumplings to your table. Some Grilled Duck with Hainan Rice, Wonton Noodle with Char Siu Chicken and Braised Taukee with Shitakee Mushroom become their signature dishes for this occasion.

Some other dishes will also be served for this occasion. You could have it in ala carte mode which only will cost you for IDR 69 K/pax or in a set for 4 for IDR 225 K/pax. The Chinese Set Dishes at Double Tree by Hilton Surabaya will be available daily at 10.00-22.00 local western times. (*)
