“During Vesak holiday, the visitor count reaches almost four thousand,” said the Manager of Wagos Tourism, Misbakhud Dawam, Monday (16/5/2022).

Besides the available spots for taking photos, Wagos also has a lot of space suitable for a large group picnic. A large picnic group of alumni from Universitas Negeri Malang had one of their group picnics here. The alumni also invited the Rector of Unisma, Prof. Maskuri, and the Main Expert of the Ministry of Home Affairs PDTT of the Republic of Indonesia, Muhammad Nurudin.

“We are proud that Wagos becomes a choice of place for such gathering events,” said Dawam.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Nurudin is one of the best destinations in East Java with the landscape of limestone mountains.

“Such natural resource has a lot of potential for development,” Nurudin said.

Muhammad Nurudin hoped that the development of Wagos will bring a positive impact on the economy of the locals.

“We continuously support the locals to be creative in developing their surrounding regions,” he said.

To enjoy the whole experience of Wagos, visitors can purchase an entry ticket only for IDR10,000 for weekdays and IDR15,000 during weekends or public holidays. Tickets for children are available only for IDR5,000. (*)
