A Way to Go for a Good Work-Life Balance
TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – The pressure of working time demand has become a new culture that can be denied. Some even will have more time at work than staying at their house and spend some time with their family. That's why we need a good healthy work-life balance.
A healthy work life balance will be distinctive for everyone. It's not a about the same amount of time between your work and your life time, but more to have certain happiness by finishing all your job and get some happiness at the same day.
These could include meeting your deadlines at work and still having enough time to relax. You could have a small chit chat with your friends and families about your day at work, or may be your hobby or another small things in life.
Having enough proper sleep and eat well during those working hours and so. Or, not worrying about when will you be at home after a long work hours in the office. These somehow has become a major problem and question for all those workers in the world.
But there are certain ways to achieve all those goals. Let's check them out.
1. Make a to do list
List you all your to do things for the day. Make sure you don’t miss a thing. This will ease you to organize every of your activity during the day.
2. Make your own priority
After you make some list, start listing your priority. Arrange them to from the most important one to the least. do it from the first to the last one.
3. Review your activity once a week
To keep all the tings in track you need to review all your activity once in a week. You need to keep a record for it. There then you will be able to fix, add, and even alleviate things you need to get a good work-life balance.(*)
