The Doria of Sushi Tei, the Best Alternative for Your Iftar

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Sushi Tei Surabaya joining the race for iftar food during Ramadan. This Japanese restaurant created some fusion food to match the theme for Ramadan. They called it as Doria. These dishes will light up your iftar time during this Ramadan.

Doria consists of 10 Japanese dishes that will suit to your taste especially for muslims. Not only some food, there are also some desserts and beverages to accompany your dining. All the dishes has been adjusted to suit the need of muslim for food during their iftar time.

For this Ramadan dishes they brought some common land food like Curry Doria, Mushroom Doria, Udon Doria. Not to mention  Doria Roll, Unagi Doria, Spicy Chicken Karage Doria, and Beef Spicy Doria.

Some food brought from the ocean like Seafood Doria, Fish Doria, and Salmon Doria also served to their customers.  Triple Berries Shortcake will be the best dessert to complete all the dishes.

"These menu were adjusted to suit the need for ramadan. They have refreshing taste with some additional spicy taste that suit to the need of Surabaya spicy lover food," the General Manager of Sushi Tei Surabaya Jerry Kartyasa said.

The Doria of Sushi Tei Surabaya could be enjoyed starting from IDR 40 K/pax. Beside the Doria, Sushi Tei also has some nigiri sushi, sashimi, donburi, nabemono, noodle and sushi platter. (*)
