Easy Homemade Seafood with Padang Sauce Recipe
TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Seafood kind of thing has become one popular dishes in the country lately. Especially for those all seafood stuff cooked in a bowl and served as one with Padang sauce. As for now, you found this type of dishes anywhere in the country especially those big cities.
Little did you know, this seafood with Padang sauce is one easy things to be prepared in your house. This sweet and spicy dishes will be a perfect companion for your dining with your family at home so, what about the recipe? Without any further do, let's check it out.
3 pcs Japanese sweet corn
1 pcs onion
4 pcs cayenne
5 pcs bird eye chili
10 cloves shallot
7 cloves garlic
2 pcs bay leaves
2 pcs lemon grass (smashed)
1 cm ginger (diced)
1 pcs leak
1 tbs pepper
1 tbs salt
1 tbs chicken block
250 gr calamari
250 gr prawn
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs spicy tomato sauce
2 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 bowl Water (adjustable)
Put the garlic, cayenne, bird eye chili, shallot, ginger, pepper into a blender. Ground them all and set aside.
Heat a pan, sautéed the onion for a minute with a little bit of oil, then add the grounded ingredients. Do it for 4 to 5 minutes till the water evaporate.
Add the water, add the corn which has been cut previously. Bring it to a boil and let it simmered for 5 minutes.
Add the crab. Give a taste of salt, chicken block, let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust the taste.
Put the prawn and calamari in. added the spicy and tomato sauce as well as the oyster sauce. Stir it well, adjust the taste, let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with onion spring on top of it. Adjust the taste for the last time, and your seafood with Padang sauce is ready to be served.
