TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Peeps, especially those who lives in Indonesia, now you don't need to go far away to Dubai to taste their exquisite mutton dishes. It's all because now, you could have it in Salmano Fast Food Surabaya.
Salmano is a restaurant located in Maxone Dharmahusada Hotel, Surabaya. It's also the name of the signature dishes of the restaurant.
Up untill now, Salmano has two other chain restaurant at Jalan Wiyung and Jalan Kedungdoro. Each of them focusing on Middle East dishes with mutton as the main signature dishes.
"We brought Salmano as one of our fast food with mutton as the base ingredient. So, the guest doesn’t need to do their own mutton, since we have already serve it to them in a royal way," the owner of Maxone Dharmahusada Hotel, Ko Johny said.
These food are quite affordable though it was served in a fancy place. A set of it will range from IDR 30 K to IDR 50 K. "Our price is so compatible. Just come and taste it yourself at every of Salmano chain restaurant," the owner of Maxone Dharmahusada Hotel ended.
