The Shalimar Boutique Hotel Brought Up Cuca Cuisine to Their Restaurant

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – The good reputation of Cuca, a well known restaurant in Bali has made The Shalimar Boutique Hotel Malang choose them to have a showcase on their restaurant. Cuca brought their food to La Regina Restorante of The Shalimar on Saturday (18/12/2021).

The Shalimar nestled in luxurious residential are in Malang. It holds glorious example of colonial architecture of the 1930s. the hotel offers its guests the comfort of the new millennium in the grandeur of the '30s, bringing together European modern flair and Indonesian culture.

Cuca displayed their fancy and astonishing dishes to La Regina for 3 days starting from 18-20 December 2021. You could spot Cuca's classiest food and best selling recipe such as  BBQ Octopus, Popcorn Chicken, or Beef Bone Marrow on the occasion.

From Cuca, guests was served some dishes bursting with flavor, house-made with western cooking techniques and the uncompromising use of 100% premium natural products sourced from across Indonesia.  All seasoned well by La Regina’s super crew and Cuca’s entire senior team lead, Chef Kevin Cherkas.
