Kampung Semanggi Banyuwangi Took Clover as Their Main Theme

TIMESINDONESIA, BANYUWANGI – Banyuwangi has a new destination where you could vent your willing for exotic culinary. This place is so called as Wisata Kampung Semanggi. Thi place is somehow will be the best rest area where you could taste the authentic taste of local foods made of clover or Semanggi.

Kampung Semanggi is situated at Kebaman, Srono, Banyuwanggi, East Java. You need to go to southern part of the city to reach your destination. This place is nestled before all those exotic tourist destination like Pulau Merah Beach, De Djawatan, Meru Betiri Mangrove Forest, and lot more. No wonder that this place will be such a good rest area for the tourist.

Kampung Semanggi was just being opened for public on Monday (13/12/2021). Before the gran opening, the local government has given the locals some workshop to prepare themselves with nice ideas to be served to the visitors.

"For now, its probably about some foods made of Semanggi, but next you could try to make some Coffee Semanggi and more," M Yanuar Bramuda, The Head of Disparbud Banyuwangi encouraging the locals during the grand opening.

Semanggi was taken as the basic ingredient  for this plant could be easily grown around the area. It also has some philosophy and represent luck. And that was the biggest hope of the locals to be full of luck while presenting their products.

During the grand opening, there were lots of foods and products made of semanggi or clover. You could find some pudding made of clover, botok,  crackers, dodol or toffee and many more.Kampung Semanggi will be a perfect place to grab some souvenirs and presents for your loved ones before heading back to your house after visiting some destinations in Banyuwangi.
