Masjid in local language literally means as mosque and Kemampul means as floating. So the word Masjid Kemampul derived from those literal meaning. All the way to the mosque, you will be pampered with an exotic view of lush green tea at one side and beautiful mesmerizing green emerald water of the Pancer Door Beach on another side.

Once you get there, you will never find a typical mosque like you commonly found in Indonesia, but a modest humble building resort like  floating on the shore.  The construction was made out of bamboo and the roof was made out of woven palm leaves. Makes the place blended with nature so well.
