The jelly we talk about here used gelatin on the process. Gelatin is a form of collagen derived from processed bone broth. It has been used for human consumption for centuries and known to be safe enough to consume.

The technique will involve some syringe to infuse another colorful gelatin into a clear one. "We create and infuse beautiful flower with our own hand, one thing you didn’t know, we even use some syringe," he added.
