Healthy Asian Food for Your School Lunch

Sautéed Green Bean and Carrot
This sautéed green bean and carrots will not take a long time to make. All you need to do is just to prepare chop the great beans and carrot, then minced some garlic, anaheim pepper and shallot, as well palm sugar. Also, prepare 1 cm of galangal and 2 bay leaves and soy sauce.
Bring 2 tablespoons of oil, bring it into boil and then add all minced ingredients including the galangal, palm sugar, and bay leaves into the pan. After 2 minutes put the green beans and carrot, cook for about 5 minutes. And your healthy lunch is ready.
As well as its good for your breakfast, omellete also good for your lunch. If you being bored with the regular plain omellete you have, you could try to add it with some noodle, veggies and bacon or meat. This will be a nice combo for your lunch.
Just beat the egg, add some minced veggies that you like, the meat, and the noodles that has been prepared before. Add some ingredients like ground peppers, minced shallot or onion, celery, mixing evenly and fry it over a pan.
