Do These Routines at Night Before You Sleep
TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – A nice look and healthy skin as well a healthy and fit condition have become a dream for everyone. Little did you know, you could do simple routines to achieve this goal. And this routine could be done at night, a few minutes before you sleep. So what are the routines? Let's check them out.
1. Simple exercise
Doing simple exercise for 15 to 20 mjnutes at night will keep you fresh the next day. This will take out all your energy left and make you sleep like a log. You could do simple exercise like jogging around tge neighborhood or yoga for instance.
2. Clean yourself
Taking a shower or may be a nice bath will help you relax before you sleep. This will also ease your fatigue after a long day at work or may be after you get a simple exercise. This will keep you sanitize and sleep like a baby.
3. Facial treatments
You don't need to get an expensive for your face. Just make sure you clean your face before you sleep. And do a little treatment like putting some serum to moisturize your skin. You could also apply some night cream for your face to keep it soft and plumpy.
Don't forget to apply some body lotion to your skin especially your hand and your feet, because those two parts are practically the most part which exposed by the sun at daylight. Give a little massage to some part of your body especially your face to make it more relaxed before you sleep.
4. Hydrate your body
Not only before you sleep, drinking some water is the best and the easiest thing you could do to maintain your health and keep you get a nice and healthy skin. This is also the easiest night routine you could do before you sleep.
