6 Foods to Stop Your Diarrhea

However, there are some foods that could help at least ease your tummy and even stop your diarrhea. Diarrhea can be caused by a variety of things such as a virus, food poisoning, eating or drinking too much, or a food allergy. Here are some foods you can stock up on, that address the unpleasant symptoms of diarrhea that could be easily found in your kitchen.
Consuming pasta or noodles will be another good choice to spoil your upset tummy. It is another great bland and starchy option that will make your upset tummy quite for a while. This will help you get away from diarrhea.

When you have diarrhea, you absolutely need to take more fluid and eat good things. But try to consume rice alone without anything. You could have 2 or 3 spoonful of rice and just eat it that way. Bland, starchy foods like rice soothe the stomach and don’t worsen your symptoms. Somehow it will increase your acid reflux. You could do this 2 or 3 times a day.
Toast and bread
Same as rice, the blancd and startchy toast or bread could ease yuor upset stomach. Try to it eat alon without anything on top of it. Don’t add some jam or peanut butter for it could worsen your diarrhea. Avoid whole grains when you have an upset stomach because the added fiber can exacerbate problems.
Another carbs source with bland and starchy texture, potato will b a good companion to ease your upset tummy. You could have it as fries, or take it in another way wit sauce and some other side dishes. It's also easily digestible.
Another starchy product, saltine crackers could help you ease your upset tummy. The mild and starchy texture helps in absorbing gastric acid to soothe an upset stomach. Its also quite easy to get. You can have it at the convenient store nearby.

A cup of hot tea could help you ease the pain in your stomach. It relieving stomach cramps, indigestion, and gas. Take a cup of blatant tea without sugar, you could have it in the morning and before you sleep.
