TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTABad habits has become a common thing you will find in someone. You yourself, your friends, your parents or someone you don’t know, they all have this kind of bad habit. It's definitely annoying  and sometimes you sick for it.

Little did you know, once you did this bad habit, you will regret it in the future, or at least 10 years from now. So what bad habits do we talk about in here? We will list you several bad habits that you might will regret in the future. Check them out.

Not Exercising

We all know that exercise will helps us a lot in taking care of our health. It is also said that by doing simple exercise regularly will keep you look ten years younger than your age. Especially for those who love to spend their time slouching or just sitting for a long time, it will ruin their health in 10 years from now with severe backache.

You could start by doing simple exercise like going for a walk, running, hitting the weights, or with just simple stretching routine for 20 minutes a day.

Spending more time with your gadget rather than with your loved ones

As phone getting more modern each time, people seems likely to spend their time with their phone and ignore their loved ones. Research shows that spending lots of rime with your phone could increase anxiety and depression.

It took your time without you even notice, and at some point, you will lost your precious time with your kids, your friends and one day you’re going to wish you had kept in touch with at least a few friends over the years.

Bad Diet

Sometimes we don’t even realize that we have had a bad diet over years. We just think that it has become a normal habit for us. By the time we realize it, it has been too late for we cant go back to the past and fix everything up. Start by eating a good breakfast. It will do a lot to help everything else fall into place.

Staying in Unhealthy Relationships

Relationship we are talking here is not just your marriage, but also your relationship with your friends or family or even your colleagues.

Some people will keep trying to make your life miserable, and if you think you face this problem and you couldn’t break their heart with bad words or talk back to them, the best way is just leave them and have your own wonderful life away from them.

Looking for the Perfect Time

Say some people go to a store and find a good thing they really wanted. But, they think they don’t need it right now and will be back for it someday, or you could say on the perfect time. And by the time you have time and go back to that store that thing has gone.

Or when you think you have more time, suddenly your boss call you and sign you in to another city and you don’t have enough time to go back to that store for good. That’s when regret comes. And you will remember it for the rest of your life.

Focusing Too Much on Money

10 years from now, when you’ve lived in your massive dream house and driven the perfect car for years, you may regret what it took to get there. You may wish you had spent your money to take your kids to Disney, buying your parents good presents before they got old and couldn’t use it. So what are you waiting for?

Time isn't the main thing, but it's the only thing. Don’t wait till you regret it in the next 10 years for your bad habits. Do it right now.
