TIMESINDONESIA, YOGYAKARTA – In order to support the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program, Novotel Yogyakartaholds the local farmers and MSMe and bring out some local ecotix dishes from their products. Its amazing to see some nice foods from those indigenous ingredients on this 4 star hotel restaurant. 

Located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 89 Yogyakarta, Novotel brought up new local exotic dishes and wrap the dishes they have had on their restaurants, the Kedaton Restoran, Casa Mia Restoran, and Gourmet Bar with new looks.

Novotel aimed to help the local farmers and MSMe with this program. The hotel takes the local products such as egg, rice, chicken, jackfruit, fish local indigenous ingredients and herbs and coffee beans.

With all those ingredients, Novotel creates  wonderful dishes that will make your belly growl louder and your mouth watering once you see it. "We hope that they guests will stand with us and appreciate the local products," the General Manager of Novotel Yogyakarta, Jesse Bridge said.

With all those indigenous ingredients Novotel has several signature dishes at Kedaton Restaurant.  They are Stuffed Fried Tofu with Petis sauce, Rujak Es Krim Pakualaman, Pecel Yogya or typical Yogyakarta salad with peanut sauce.

Novotel Yogyakarta 3The coffee farm belongs to the local farmers which cooperated with Nobotel Yogyakarta.

You could also find Nasi Gudeg Yogya, Sate Klathak Njejeran, Ayam Bakar Blondo Turi, Sop Iga Rawon 89, Sayur Asem, Kue Pancong, and Kue Gandos. All You Can get from IDR 10 K to IDR 59 K for each.
In addition, in Casa Mia Restaurant you could find some Italian foods like pizza and pasta. They also make some fusion foods like Gudeg Calzone, a tempting pizza with Gudeg Yogya on top of it with tons of mozzarella cheese melted around it.

They also have Pizza Rendang and lots of variant of steak. All these delightful dishes could be enjoyed starting from IDR 20 K to  IDR 150 K/pax. And at Gourmet Bar you could have Chicken Pandan, Black Bun Beef Burger, Hot Dog, Tuna Croissant Sandwich, and  Prambanan Salad from IDr 18 K to IDR 99 K/pax
