Cak Gondrong, at least that's the way the local community called the owner of Bakul Es Duren Cak Gondrong stall, has always try to serve fresh durian to his customers.

In order to get this, he ordered the durian-along with 4 of his friends which do the same business- directly from Palembang, South Sumatra. That way he could get a good quality of durian with an approachable cost.

"It's to get a lower cost for the shipment, and to give our customers an approachable price so they could enjoy this local delicacy," Cak Gondrong said to TIMES Indonesia on Sunday (31/5/2021).

Cak Gondrong run the stall with her wife Sagiyah. Sagiyah said that they were happy to be able to help the local to taste this fancy extravagant smell of fruit.

She also said that in a day they stall could take hundreds of order for their es durian in a day. For a set of es durian, they only charged their customers for IDR 15 K.

A set of es durian of Bakul Es Duren Cak Gondrong Pasuruan will contain diced of jelly, some slices of avocado and coconut, tapioca pearls, and last but not least the king of the fruit, the durian.

With the refreshing taste, es durian of Bakul Es Duren Cak Gondrong Pasuruan will be a perfect companion during the hottest day in summer.
