Whole wheat bread can make you feel full for a longer time. It is also a good source of fiber and carbohydrate that will make you stay energized. Add some vegetables and meat to your sandwich to make it more delicious.
If you are too lazy to cook for Suhoor, you can eat oatmeal instead. Oatmeal is rich in fiber that will keep you energized during fasting. You can add some slices of fruit or yogurt to your oatmeal.
