Easy Way to Make Your Own Carbonara Noodle

Carbonara is Italian way to cook pasta. In Italy, this dish is made with egg, hard cheese, cured pork, and black pepper. Some will also prefer with beef.
As in Indonesia, where noodle is easier to get than pasta, they combined and experience the taste with the local noodle.
In order to make this dish, you need to prepare firm texture of noodle, 200ml of milk, salt, ground blackpepper, sauted egg and ground beef and grated cheese (mozzarella will be better).
Bring the noodle into a boil. While on the other pot, cook the milk to 80°C, add the cheese till its blended evenly. Drop the noodle in it. Add some salt and blackpepper. Add the beef, move it into a plate.
Garnish with minced parsley and put the egg on top of it. And tada... your Indonesian carbonara noodle is ready to served.
