TNI Commander: SMA Pradita Dirgantara Could be a Role Model for Papua

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – TNI Commander Marshall Hadi Tjahjanto, S.I.P said that it has been a right for all Indonesian community to have and to hold some adequate education. This was said on a video conference with SMA Pradita Dirgantara on Saturday (3/4/2021).

In his opinion,  the Commander said that education wasn't merely just about knowledge, but it's to build the nation character to become a good nation with dignity and good characteristics. 

"Since it was firsly established in 2017, SMA Pradita Dirgantara has opened a chance to all the students in the country to study in this school and become a qualified student," Marshall Hadi Tjahjanto, S.I.P., said during the video conference.

Joining the conference the Governor of West Papua Drs. Dominggus Mandacan, The General director of Yasarini Nanny Hadi Tjahjanto, the Derirevot for Development of SMA Pradita Dirgantara, Dwi Agus Y. Ph.D., and more.

“We have faced Industrial Revolution 4.0 which required us to be more competitive and innovative. And that's what the main purpose why SMA Pradita Dirgantara was build, but of course by putting the cultural value in it,"  the Commander added.

During his speech, the Commander also pointing that this kind of education method will be perfect to be applied in Papua, particularly West Papua. But wis some adjustment which suit to the Papuan culture.

To make this dream came true, the Commander also asked for everyone's commitment and support. It will be such an achievement for this country to bring that goal into reality. 

In the same occasion, Gabriel Yohan Enggalim a student of SMA Pradita Dirgantara which came from West Papua said that he felt so blessed to be able to study at the school. He was so proud as well grateful to be one of the students of the school.

"I'll do my best to be one of the best generation for the country in the future,"  Gabriel Yohan Enggalim a student of SMA Pradita Dirgantara during the video conference with TNI Commander Marshall Hadi Tjahjanto. (*)
