Istanbul Youth Summit Leaves Deep Impressions for the Delegations and Keynote Speakers

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Istanbul Youth Summit 2021 successfully hooked the delegations and keynote speakers' heart during the occasion. This international conference which was organized by Youth Break the Boundaries leaves such a deep impression to them.

The 4th conference was held at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Istanbul Merter on March 22 to 25 2021. Lots of people gave their appreciation towards this event including Tubanur SÖNMEZ.

Despite not being able to attend the event in person, Tubanur SÖNMEZ the Advisor to the President of Turkey had a pre-recorded speech from the presidential office in Ankara.

She gave her appreciation to the committee for bringing together such diverse communities from around the world in Istanbul and the delegations for participating in the event.

She also briefly talked about her experiences and continued with the discussion about what leadership is and what makes a good leader.

In her speech, she encourages the delegations to be active in communities and society. In her opinion, living in an international environment took important part to shape their behavior. 

To her,  being part of international communities makes someone engaged with people with different mindsets and different scopes of understanding.

"What makes a good leader, what shapes the brain and the behaviors of a leader is very much interrelated with the environment we lived in and raised in'' she said on the pre recorded video for Istanbul Youth Summit. (*)
