Keeping all the best ingredients fo his pizza has become the key of his successful business. "I maintain the quality, either for the dough or the toppings, it's all the sake of my customers satisfaction," he added.

As for the pizza, Yulian customized the taste so it could fit the local taste. However, the new taste brings him more customers coming to his restaurant. Not only the locals, the foreigner were also interested on this new taste of pizza.
