Enjoy the Invigorating Taste of Djampie, a Herbal Drink of Magetan
TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Djampie, a trade mark of herbal drink at Magetan, East Java, Indonesia is on the rise for it's nice and invigorating taste. This herbal drink was made by a lovely lady named Sri Whayuningsih.
Sri has has started the business 3 years ago, since the pandemic has not struck the country. At first she was just producing two or three tastes of the herbal drink. But now she has around six of them.

Loacted at Ngariboyo, Magetan, East Java Djampie has Sinom (herbal drink made of tamarind leaves), Kunir Asem (tamarind and turmeric), and Beras Kencur (rice and aromatic ginger) as three of the variant of taste.
Furthermore, it also has Manjakani (oak galls) which believe could tighten the vaginal tissue, Luv Beer the typical Japanese drink, and the essence of mung bean for another variant of taste with such health benefits.
"I have one dream, to have Djampie as one iconic product of Magetan one day. I know it needs sweat ad blood, that's why I will never stop to make some innovation," Sri said.
Branding and product diversification as well some marketing technique through online marketplace and social media become one alternative way taken by Sri to introduce her products.

Up until now, Djampie could has been distributed around Java island. In a month, Sri could distribute around 750-1000 pax of Djampie. This herbal drink could be found in the market around Java Island for IDR 5 K/pax.
"It can't be denied that we need the help of local government in distributing our product. But we can't just sit still seeing our products collapse during this pandemic, we need some ideas to get it stay on the track," Sri the owner of Djampie, a herbal drink of Magetan said. (*)
