UIN Malang Urges Everyone to Follow the Safety Protocol After Immunization

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – The Rector of UIN Malang issued an order to urge anyone, either the professors or the staffs to keep following the safety protocol standard though the have been shot with Covid-19 vaccine.

He emphasize everyone to follow the rule and keep going with the rule they have had before. "Keepyour mask on, do physical distancing, stay away from the crowd, and others," Prof Dr H Abdul Haris, M.Ag said.

In addition, according to Haris, this second dose of vaccine has given a hope for the university to do regular learning. After the second shot of immunization it was expected that the learning activities could go back to normal.

Meanwhile, he emphasized everyone either the students and the staff will have their size of immunization soon. In his opinion, the vaccine will mean nothing if there were only half of them who got it.

"Vaccine is one common thing but gives us such great benefit. And it has become one obligation to have as one of of our way to get away from Covid-19," he added.

During the second doze of immunization, there are around 500 staffs and professors of UIN Malang that joining the event. The event was conducted in two days on Wednesday (17/3/2021) and Tuesday (23/3/2021).

The immunization for Covid-19 was conducted at UMMI Clinic of UIN Malang. "The first shot were the adaptation, and the second shot was to build a stronger immune," he ended. (*)
