Seblak is traditional dish of Indonesia which was made of soaked crackers in spicy sauce. Some vegetables and meat including chicken or beef or even some egg will be added to get the savoury thick sauce.
"We also have some local crackers such as Citruk Kajojo, Keripik Kajojo and Kicimpring woth several variant of flavors," Elin added.
This gallery also has egg roll and some cake made of corn. "We call the egg roll as Egg Roll Toeloz, and the cake as "kameumeut", both are sweet and tender," she explained.
All these products are so approachable in price. You could purchase it from IDR 10 K to IDR 30 K. With this affordable price no wonder lots of people ordering their product for more.
