Enjoy the Delicious Taste of Fusion Sushi Nachos at Shokudo Resto

TIMESINDONESIA, BATU – The nice look and the distinctive taste Japanese food has compared to regular food we used to have on our table have made this food look more exotic than other. Just like what Fusion Sushi Nachos of Shokudo Resto did.

Located at Kontena Hotel, Batu, East Java, Shudoku Resto has lots of Japanese dishes on their menu. Their newest dishes were the Fusion Sushi Nachos which created by the chef of the restaurant, Yohan Aprinato.

Yohan blend nachos which known to be western most favorite food with Japanase one. He managed to add around six new flavors to the restaurant. Each of them create a unique taste yet amazing.

The nachos will be mixed several vegetables and fruit including Mexican peppers, the jalapeno. "I made it with nachos or tortilla or with cheese then bake it in an oven. I used to have this for snack," Yohan said on Friday (5/3/2021).

Once it's ready it will look like a taco on a plate. Yohan then paired the nacho or taco like with the sushi. "Why it has to be sushi? Because our hotel has Industrial, Modern, and Japanese theme which fit to sushi," he added. 

Yohan invented around 6 variant of flavour with the nacho. Those are Kushikatsu, Ebifura, shrimp cocktail, Chicken Shoyu, Beef Terayaki and Ayam Balado (spicy chicken)

"The local taste has always been in my mind. That's why I combined this food with ayam balado," Tohan . “Saya tidak melupakan kekayaan masakan nusantara, karena itu saya padukan juga dengan ayam balado,” ujar Yohan.

The customers love the new tastes he invented.  This Japanese food becomes such a new favorite for them. "Its tasty and feel kind of familiar to my Javanese taste," Oxa, a customers who happened to try the taste of the Fusion Nachos Sushi said.
