Mayasi Resto Serves You an Authentic Taste of Ramen

TIMESINDONESIA, TASIKMALAYA – Are you a fan of Japanese food like ramen? Well then, Mayasi Resto could be your perfect place to go. This restaurant will serve you the authentic taste of this phenomenal Japanese food.

Mayasi Resto is located at ruko Plaza Asia, Tasikmalaya, West Java. This restaurant will pamper your belly with all Javanese food you could ever asked.

Just like another ramen in the world, the original one will be served with nory (dry sea weed) and a slice of hard boiled egg and some meat. The red broth then added to accomplish the taste and the look.

The most interesting thing is hey made they noodle they serve by their own. It was all to maintain the taste and quality of the noodle.

"The noodle, the broth, we made it by ourselves to maintain the quality," Mohamad Rizan, the Manager of Mayadi Resto said. 

Not only the original taste of ramen. You could order some ramen with beef or chicken floss. "People tend to choose those with topping rather than the original one," Mohamad Rizan added.

The taste has never been change since theis restaurant was established more 10 years ago. This what makes the customers keep coming to this restaurant for more ramen.

In addition, the customers could adjust the level of spiciness to their taste. Mayasi resto prepared them from the lowest level to the top or level 10. They also made the sambal (spicy sauce) with their own recipe.

For a set of original ramen, you could have it for IDR 13 K. Meanwhile for additional topping you could have it for IDR 22 K. The restaurant has an interesting package of Ramen Tori Baitan for IDR 48 K for two.

Beside the authentic taste of ramen, Mayasi Resto of Tasikmalaya also served another Japanese dishes. They have bento, beef steak, and some other delicious dishes of Japan. (*)
