UIN Malang Explains the Reasons Why You Should Learn Arabic

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – Arabic language is one of many popular languages in the world that need to be learned by most people especially muslims. UIN Malang through Dr. M. Faisol, a lecturer at Department of Arabic gives you the reasons why you need to learn about it.

"Its the easiest way to understand Quran and Islam. Someone will never be able to understand Islam properly without learning its language," Faisol said on Sunday (7/2/2021).

Faisol which happened to be appointed as the Deputy Dean of Humanity Faculty of UIN Malang also explains further that a good Arabic will restrict them from misundertood of Islamic law and origin.

He also explainedthe easiest way to learn this language. "To love the language, persistence and practice it over and over through writing, reading or speaking skills," he added.

This 47 year old guy also said that the main obstacle in learning Arabic is the lack of desire to learn. And it's the hardest challenge of all. "The thing is how to conquer those challenges," he explained.

In addition, he also said that digital technology has become one of the challenge that surpasses the desire nowadays. People were hope to be able to tackle down the issue and make it as their power.

Nowadays, it can't be denied that people tend to find more information about Islam through internet. "Learning Arabic is very important to keep them away from misunderstandings the Islamic thoughts," said this lecture of UIN Malang. (*)
