UIN Malang Demands the Government to be a Role Model for PPKM

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – The failure of PPKM program of social restrictions in Indonesia has become such a huge issue to discuss. Several experts including dr. Christyaji Indradmojo, SpEM., a lecturer of Medical School of UIN Malang also stated his opinion.

dr. Christyaji Indradmojo, SpEM., stated that the community has tried their best to follow the new protocol. It just the lack of information given to the community.

He also stated that this long, the government has only done more raids than giving the community with some information they need. "The key is not only on the community, but also on the government's hands, the should be a role model for the community," he added.

Still according to him, for all this time, people put the urge of wearing mask at first, but little did they know, the WHO has put social distancing way before wearing mask. "Physical distancing is the most crucial of all," he explained.

This 45 year old guy also hopes that the government willing to take some educational practitioner in spreading the right information to the community. It will help them in gaining more trust from the community.

"Its good to give them some punishment for their mistake, but it would be better if we gave them the right information about what to do during this PPKM first before we take some action," this lecturer of UIN Malang ended. (*)
