Nutritionist of UIN Malang Shares Some Tips for a Proper Diet

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Larasati Sekar Kinasih, SGz,MGz nutritionist and a lecturer at Medical Faculty of UIN Malang shares some of her knowledge in holding a good and proper diet to help you lose your weight. She shares some of the tips to help you deal with these issues.

"A good diet that was suggested by the government is a proper meal with lots of kinds of healthy food in it, enough exercise, personal sanitary, and having a proper weight," she said.

She also said that those diet has been approved by the Ministry of health. Still according to her, people need to look at themselves, what was their body type, what does it need, find out the food and all the nutrients in it, and last but not least to find the nearest nutritionist for some advice.

This lecture of UIN Malang also said that recently, people tend to follow those diet recommendation from local influencers  rather than going to the nutritionist. This could be a boomerang for them if the diet doesnt fit to their body.

"You are what you eat, those food coming into your body will determine your health," the lecture of Medical Faculty of UIN Malang ended. (*)
