TIMESINDONESIA, PANGANDARAN – Pangandaran, West Java has such a stunning natural cave to see. This cave is known by the local community as Cirengganis Cave. Beside it's amazing beauty this Cave also known to have pool with magical beauty properties.
Yes, the local community believed that the water at a pond at the cave has some magical effect that could make you stay young. They said just by washing your face with the water you will become eternally young and beauty.
"Cirengganis pond was formerly used by the local queen to clean herself," Ujang Sutiana, the local tour guide said. It can't be denied since this place was formerly located close to Galuh Pangauban Kingdom.
Next to the cave, you could also found a local natural preservation. This place keeps lots of historical objects of Galuh Pangauban Kingdom which left behind at that time.
"The cave was named after the queen. Her name was Rengganis, and co means water. So, cirengganis means Rengganis' water," Ujang explained about the Cirengganis cave of Pangandaran, West Java. (*)
