TIMESINDONESIA, BANYUWANGI – Check out the groovy 70s food at Café Oemah Dewe, a café located in Kampung Baru, Jajag Village, Gambiran sub-district, Banyuwangi in East Java.

In addition to the menu, the interior design and furniture of this café date back to the 70s.

 “We serve black coffee, fruits juices, traditional herbal drinks, and traditional snacks, such as sautéed mustard greens, Gethuk Lindri (Javanese sweet cassava snack), and so on,” said the Owner of Café Oemah Dewe, Adi Endra Jaya.

Café Oemah Dewe is the only casual dining in Bumi Blambangan that serves 70s food. The room arrangement and the interior design date back to the classic Dutch colonial era.

 “The tables, chairs, TV set, radio, and some ornaments are my grandparents’ property.” He said.

Café Oemah Dewe was officially opened since 3 November 2020. The groovy 70s menu is suitable for all walks of life.

The more interesting thing in this café is the affordable price of its menu, starting from IDR 5,000 to IDR 25,000.
