TIMESINDONESIA, CIREBON – What do you have in mind when you are talking about comfort food during cold weather? Have you ever thought of Yamin noodle? It’s a local delicacy you could easily found at Cirebon, West Java.
Yamin noodle is some kind of fried noodle with sweet taste sauce of Indonesia soy sauce. Some spring onion and tasty ground chicken meat will be sprinkled on top of it to make the taste splendid.
Yamin noodle could be easily found at Bima, Cirebon West Java. Lots of food shop has this dish as their signature dish. “It’s one of our new dishes. I only served meatball soup and chicken noodle before,” Rizky Iqbal the owner of mie bakso Bima said.
Iqbal has his own way to satisfy his customers. He has a nice and tender noodle for his Yamin noodle with special taste of broth which makes his customers coming back for more.
For a set of Yamin noodle, Iqbal will charge his customer for IDR 17 K. Besides Yamin noodle Iqbal of Cirebon also has some other dishes such as chicken noodle, chicken noodle with crackers and some meat ball with lots of variety of taste. (*)
