TIMESINDONESIA, BANYUMAS – Located at Cikakak, Wangon, Banyumas, Central Java, Curug Antap has been well known to be a nice place to spend your day off. Curug Antap is merely a small waterfall. Curug is the way local people called a waterfall.
This place had just been opened for business for 5 months. The management applied a strict safety standard. Their staff will remind everyone to always wear their mask through megaphone in every 15 minutes.
“As you can see we applied the newest safety standard. They need to wash their hand, or use some hand sanitizer, urges the visitors to wear a mask and do physical distancing,” Akim, The Chief of Cikakak Village said on Saturday (21/11/2020).
Still according to him, in the meantime they will add some folks market to lighten up the area. This new tourist destination was hoped to be able to be a horizon to the local’s economy.
In dealing with this tourist destination the local village government took the local community to help them in managing the area.
Beside the beauty of the waterfall and the crystal clear water, Curug Antap was also surrounded by lush pine trees. Dozens of beautiful spot could be found to capture your moment.
“We haven’t had a proper public facilities but we are working on it,” Jarwoto, The Chief of Local Tourism Awareness Community of Curug Antap, Cikakak said. (*)
