This diet will let you eat some healthy food with high dose of sirtuin protein. Sirtuins are a type of protein which protects the cell in our body. It helps to regulate the metabolism, increase muscle, and burn fat.
Some healthy food such as apple, citrus fruit, red wine, dark chocolate, walnut, celery, green tea, turmeric, soy and olive oil could be consumed during having this diet.
However, according to Rob Hobson, a nutritionist in Marie Claire said that these kinds of diet are not recommended for those who have diabetes. It’s also not recommended for those who are highly active.
