Trip of Wonders by Kemenparekraf Takes You to Explore the Real Indonesia

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – To encourage the domestic and foreign tourist to visit the country, Kemenparekraf or The ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy launched Trip of Wonders package.  This package brought the tourists to several iconic cultural destinations in certain city in Indonesia.

In this situation, Kemenparekraf applied a strict new safety standard which based to CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability). This was to meet the visitors’ hygiene expectation during this pandemic.

Trip of Wonders planned to visit 6 iconic destinations in the country gradually. 3 of them, Bintan, Bogor, and Yogyakarta had been visited October 4-12. Several key opinion leaders were joining the trip

In Bogor, they were taken to explore Leuwi Hejo Waterfall, Taman Budaya Sentul, Kebun Raya Cibodas, and Taman Safari Indonesia. Whereas in Bintan they were taken to jump into Bintan Mangrove, do some snorkeling and canoeing in White Sands Island, and also challenge their nerve at Treasure Bay water sport.

Meanwhile in Yogyakarta, they were grabbed to tour aroung Karanganyar tourism village, carving some batik at Omah Kecebong, enjoying the beauty of Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo and the sun flower garden. As well, enjoying sunset at Ratu Boko Temple.

During the Trip of Wonders, Kemenparekraf urged them to follow the safety standard. They must to wear mask everywhere they go, wash their hand and put some hand sanitizer as often as possible, go through body temperature screening and do physical distancing. (*)
