You could find them from the push cart food to small food shop or restaurant. They try to innovate and create new recipe and menu to attract the customers. Including what Bakso Rudal did.
Bakso rudal literally means missile meatball. Well, referring to its name you could imagine what kind of blast it will make. Located at Jalan Tlogomas Indah No.12, Malang, East Java, this food shop would like to take their customers with fiery blasting taste of spicy meatball.
This meatball is such a huge meatball that will fill the whole bowl. The meatball stuffed with other small meatballs in it with super spicy broth. Prepare your nerve just to get a sip of the broth from your spoon.
You could also find some squid flesh in it. You could have the small meatballs for IDR 6 K a piece. Meanwhile for the bigger one you could have it for IDR 28 – 33 K. “the squid make it more special since there hasn’t been any bakso shop in Malang that serve this kind of food,” Angga, a waitress at Bakso Rudal said.
Beside Bakso Rudal of Malang with its kicking taste the shop also serve several other variants of bakso or meatball. They also have beef noodle for those noodle lovers. This shop opens daily at 11.00 to 20.00 local western times. (*)
