TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Do you live near a conventional market where you don’t need to go to grocery store to pick up your groceries? Well I believe it’s been quite frustrating lately to go to conventional market right?

But you have no choice, either grocery store or conventional market all are suspicious place where you need to be extra aware of Covid-19. However, most of conventional market now has been equipped with safety standard equipment.

Don’t forget to have hand sanitizer on your pocket and mask on your face. Physical distancing is a must as conventional market usually only has small alley. Stay in line and make sure you are at least 1 to 2 meters away from other.

Don’t touch things that you won’t buy, just point on the thing you like to have, let the seller helps you pack it on your grocery bag.  Or you may also use a glove whenever you go there just to make sure you are sterile enough.

Make a list of what you need. And try to get a supply for the next few days. I know it hard especially when you have all fresh veggies and meat tocks daily. But its way better especially during this pandemic.

If you saw a sink at the exit door, just wash your hand there before you get in to your car. Make sure you also clean yourself after you get to your house and change your clothes to make sure everything you wore are clean enough after picking up your groceries at the local conventional market. (*)
