Jamu Iboe Steps Up to the Next Level

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYARoyal Singosari Cendana Hotel Surabaya trying to pamper their guests with the local delicacy. This time they take Jamu Iboe, a local herbal drink brand to walk with them at their Jamu Iboe Herbal Bar.

Jamoe Iboe is one popular brand of herbal drink in the country.  This brand has been used by the local community as one health drink that could boost their immune system.

“Having herbal drink served on our table has been a local tradition. And we would like to present it in distinctive way so it could be tasted by anyone even they have never taste Jamu before,” General Manager Cluster Surabaya Royal Singosari, Bayu Andi Bawono, CFBE said on Sunday (27/9/2020).

For this occasion, Royal Singosari Cendana mixed Jamu Iboe with their drink. They combine ginger of Jamu Iboe with Americano which made of Arabican coffee. This combination creates a tasty tempting strong drink which will energize you trough out the day.

They also have local beer which they called as Javanese Beer. It’s made of coke combined with Javanese turmeric which will leave an invigorating taste.  In addition, they also have mangosteen peel extracts which is combined with strawberry syrup.

“It fits to the hot weather the city has. Jamu Iboe is a traditional herbal which served in modern way,” General Manager Cluster Surabaya Royal Singosari Cendana, Bayu Andi Bawono, CFBE added. (*)
