When you start making changes in your diet, you usually want your friends and family to help you through this moment. However, it is scientifically proven that people who eat in groups eat more. And it makes you have no control over how much food have you taken while spending your time busy chit chatting with them.

4. The power of blue

One recent study showed that the color blue decreases appetite. So try some changes such as decorating your dining table with blue tablecloths, blue napkins, blue plates, and all other tableware of the same color.

5. Eat in front of the mirror

It sounds crazy but the scientific fact is convincing that eating while looking at yourself in the mirror reduces the amount of food you eat by a third.

6. Believe that you can do it

Believing in yourself that you can do your Diet is the key to everything. Let your brain know that you are on a diet, that you will do it no matter what comes ahead.
