6 tbs multipurpose flour
1 tbs sugar
100 ml milk
½ tsp salt
Shredded cheese and condensed milk
- Smash your banana with fork or spoon in a container. You could also use a mixer if you make it a bigger scale.
- Add all the ingredients except the cheese and condensed milk.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat
- Take a ladle full of the batter and pour it on your pan.
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides
