Enjoy the Beauty of Yogyakarta by Joining the 5th Sleman Temple Run

TIMESINDONESIA, YOGYAKARTA – Do you like to take your feet for some exercise and win the prize? Well then you need to join this running competition in Sleman, Yogyakarta. This competition then so called as Sleman Temple Run.

Sleman Temple run will take you for some exercise while enjoying the beauty of the city and some of the iconic temple in it. This event has been held for 4 times consequently. And this time it’s their 5th.  

The local tourism department of Sleman planned to hold this event on September 27 2020. So you still have lots of time to prepare yourself to win the prizes. The event was supported by Trail Runners Yogyakarta.

The track will take Prambanan Temple as the start and finish line. The runner will also take to enjoy some other temples in Sleman especially those located in Siva Plateau during their time of running.

“I believe this is the only sport that has temples as the main views along the track. And it’s a bonus other than having a good condition through sport,” The Head of Tourism Department of Sleman, Dra Hj Sudarningsih said on Monday (7/9/2020).

Sudarningish also hope that the 5th Sleman Temple Run could bring the tourism industry back to its glory. The Manager in Charge of the event Ramdhan Krisnawan said that the competition will be held with the new protocol that has been modified by the local tourism department of Sleman Yogyakarta. (*)
