Pasta Madura, a Dark Spaghetti with Spicy Shrimp ala Regantris Hotel Surabaya

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Regantris Hotel, Surabaya brings a new taste of dish to their hotel to pamper all their guests and customers. This new signature dishes namely known as Pasta Madura, an eccentric fusion food between western and local food.

You could say this food as the dark aglio e olio with spicy shrimp that you could only found on this hotel. This food combines the incredible taste of sautéed dark spaghetti which added squid ink on the making process with the tasty delicious spicy shrimp with a local sauce.

Still according to her, the hotel was also coming up with western name for the food at the first thought. But then, they decided to combine the name to accentuate the local dish.
